6 Ingredient Cinnamon Roll Granola Bars

  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¾ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 cups rolled oats


  • Whisk together the maple syrup, cinnamon & peanut butter until really smooth. Add in the chia seeds and hemp seeds, whisk again. Fold in the oats. Press into a lined baking dish so that it's firmly packed. Bake at 350 for about 20 min. Let cool and slice!
