Quinoa, Bean & Sweet Potato Veggie Burgers

  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 2 cups steamed sweet potato
  • 1 can pinto beans rinsed
  • 1 tsp dried chili flakes
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Mix everything together in a large bowl & then form patties (I used a 1/2 cup measuring cup to make mine).

Stick them in the oven at 375 for 20 minutes, then store them in the fridge or freezer. When you’re ready to eat them, cook in a pan oven medium heat with olive oil to crispen
