In a jar, shakes up the rolled oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, cinnamon, pure vanilla bean paste & almond milk. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, fluff it up with a spoon & stir in a few more splashes of almond milk, then transfer to a bowl.
