Vanilla Overnight Oats with Strawberries

Ingredients

Oats

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla bean paste (can sub extract)

Toppings

  • coconut yogurt
  • nut butter
  • strawberries
  • coconut flakes
  • sliced almonds
  • pistachios
  • bee pollen

Instructions

  • In a jar, shakes up the rolled oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, cinnamon, pure vanilla bean paste & almond milk. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, fluff it up with a spoon & stir in a few more splashes of almond milk, then transfer to a bowl.
  • Top with homemade coconut yogurt, nut butter, strawberries, coconut flakes, sliced almonds, pistachios and bee pollen
