Chocolate Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tsp flax feeds
  • cup cashew milk
  • ½ cup dairy-free yogurt

Toppings

  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp hazelnuts
  • 1 tbsp cocoa nibs
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tsp bee pollen - optional

Instructions

  • Add the oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, vanilla bean paste, flax seeds and 1 cup of the cashew milk to a mason jar, shake it up really well & refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning stir in the yogurt & about another 1/4 cup of cashew milk, then transfer to a bowl & top with raspberries, sliced almonds, hazelnuts, cocoa nibs, nut butter & bee pollen
