Have you every tried whipped feta?
It might be my new favorite spread… this whipped feta toast is made with a lighter whipped feta, which uses greek yogurt. It’s the perfect thing to spread on crunchy toast with juicy tomatoes, or to dip some raw veggies or crackers into. This spread is seriously addicting!
- 2 slices toasted sourdough
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup parsley
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
- 3.2 oz feta at room temperature
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- To make the whipped feta, add the feta to a food processor & process for about 30 seconds, then add in the yogurt. Continue to process until light and fluffy.
- Spread it on toasted sourdough, then top with tomatoes, parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper
