Thick Golden Shake

This summer I’ll be trading in my hot golden latte for this frozen thick version

Kicking off this short week with a golden thick shake. Can’t think of a better way to beat the heat!

Thick Golden Shake

Serves: 1

Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • ¾ cup soy milk
  • 1 pitted date
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Pinch of sea salt
    Toppings
  • Almonds
  • Cashews
  • Nut butter
  • Bee pollen
Instructions
  1. Blend everything together, transfer to a cup and add toppings!
