Stacked Salmon Burger

A few posts back I shared my favorite salmon patties & today their back in the form of a patty! This salmon burger is so so satisfying, not only do you have a super tasty salmon patty, but you’ve got crunchy fresh veggies, a runny yolk, some creamy hummus and a soft toasted bun. *DROOLING*

Stacked Salmon Burger

Serves: 1

  • 1 hamburger bun
  • 1 thick slice of tomato
  • 1 fried egg
  • ¼ avocado - sliced
  • 1 salmon patty
  • a big piece of lettuce
  • a few raw onion rings
  • 2 Tablespoons roasted red pepper hummus ( I got mine from Ithica Cold Crafted)
  1. To assemble: toast the bread, smear each piece with hummus & stack all of the veggies with a warm salmon patty and a freshly friend egg. Enjoy!
