There is no better way to kick off a weekend than with a Stack of Healthy Crepes!

This is a healthier crepe recipe stacked with Greek yogurt & topped with nut butter, bananas, raspberries and homemade granola – the ultimate breakfast

Stack of Healthy Crepes

Serves: 1 crepe stack


  • Crepe batter
  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1¼ cup nut milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • Filling/Topping
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • ¼ banana - sliced
  • 5 raspberries
  • handful of granola
  1. For the crepes, blend everything together in a blender. Then make the crepes in an oiled pan over medium-low heat by pouring a 3" circle and cooking until light brown on each side.
  2. Once all the crepes are made, let them cool then start stacking the crepes with 1-2 tbsp of greek yogurt between each. Top the stack with more yogurt, nut butter, banana, granola and raspberries.
