No Sugar Added Jam – Yes Plz!

This Raspberry Chia Jam is my ultimate favorite jam. It’s sweet from the berries & that’s all you need! The texture is incredible & it goes fantastically on just about everything.

Raspberry Chia Jam

Serves: 1½ cup

  • 4 cups raspberries, thawed frozen or fresh
  • 6 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  1. In a pot, bring everything to a boil & stir until the berries have broken down & the mixture starts to thicken. Transfer to a sterilized jar & refrigerate for a few hours to thicken.
