Raspberry Beet Smoothie

A bright smoothie for a bright day!

This is a typical morning scene for me, waking up early to stretch + whip up breakfast, like this raspberry beet smoothie,  then trying to slow down for 5 minutes to enjoy it before running out the door for work! I really value my time in the morning, it sets the tone for the rest of the day.

Raspberry Beet Smoothie

Serves: 1

Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Huge handful of frozen cauliflower
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 steamed then frozen beet (about ½ cup)
  • 1 cup almond milk
    Toppings/mix-ins (optional)
  • coconut yogurt
  • dried goji berries
  • bee pollen
Instructions
  1. Wizz everything together in a high speed blender & transfer to cup.
  2. Swirl in coconut yogurt & top with dried goji berries & bee pollen if you'd like!
