Pumpkin Spice Granola

Pumpkin Spice Granola

I LOVE fall.

Nothing says fall more than pumpkin spice granola. Sprinkling this on my yogurt every morning and soaking up these fall spices!

Serves: about 4 cups

Ingredients
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup sliced alonds
  • ½ sesame seeds
  • 1-1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1-1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • ¾ tsp ground allspice
  • ¾ tsp ground cloves
  • ½ cup melted ghee
  • ½ cup maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Preheat the over to 300 degrees.
  2. Mix all of the dry ingredients and spiced in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the ghee and syrup in a smaller bowl, then pour it over the dry ingredients & mix until combined.
  4. On a lined baking sheet press down the mixtures, then bake for 1 hour.
  5. Let cool completely before breaking up the granola.
