Peanut Butter Porridge

Peanut butter porridge – creamy, warm, and cozy. If this isn’t the perfect start to a day, then i don’t know what is.

Peanut butter porridge

Serves: 1

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup water
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ sliced banana
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  1. Soak rolled oats in water for 15 minutes.
  2. Transfer to a pot, add almond milk and cook over low heat.
  3. Add peanut butter, maple syrup and cinnamon. Stir everything together and cook until thick.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and top with granola, peanut butter, banana and cinnamon ✨
