Breakfast in a jar just makes breakfast feel more efficient!
Peanut Butter and Jelly Parfait! This childhood flavor combo is putting me in a good mood this morning.
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp nut butter
- 2 tbsp raspberry jam
- ½ cup fresh berries
- Add a tbsp of jam to the bottom of a jar, then add in half the yogurt. Next add in half the peanut butter and half the berries. Add in the rest of the yogurt and top with the rest of the jam, berries and nut butter.
