THE BEST PANCAKES
I’m not kidding. I’m so excited to share this recipe with you because these gluten free protein pancakes are seriously the best. They are fluffy, so tasty and easy as heck to make. It’s just a bonus that they are gluten free and have lots of protein! Go home and make these ASAP!
Serves: 2 servings
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup egg whites
- 3 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- 1-2 scoops protein powder (optional)
- Greek yogurt
- bee pollen
- Add all of the pancake ingredients to a blender, and blend on high for 30 seconds.
- Cook like a regular pancakes (in an oiled pan over medium heat for about 1 minute per side). You can make then as small or as large as you desire.
- Stack then up and top with yogurt, raspberries and bee pollen, or whatever you want!
