The holidays’s aren’t over in my kitchen
Still savoring all of the best spices in these gingerbread protein balls! These soft tasty spiced bites are powered with planted based vanilla protein! I’ll be packing these for my ski trip this weekend !
Serves: 16-20 balls
- 1 heaping cup of pitted extra soft dates
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup Vanilla protein ( I use ALOHA)
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- ½ tbsp ground cloves
- 1 tbsp ground cardamon
- 1 pinch cardamon
- Add the dates, coconut oil & honey to a food processor. Blend until paste like.
- Add in the almonds and pulse. Add in remaining ingredients and process until completely combined. Roll into balls and enjoy. Store in the fridge.
