Gingerbread Oatmeal

The best holiday spices!

I love gingerbread so much that I’m integrating it into my breakfast with Gingerbread oats!

Gingerbread Oatmeal

Serves: 1 bowl

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup water
  • ¾ cup simple cashew milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • Pinch ground cloves
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 scoopΒ vanilla protein powder (optional)
  1. Let the oats soak in water for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Transfer everything to a pot and add the remaining ingredients. Cook over medium low heat until super thick!
  3. Top with banana lives cut into stars (with a mini cookie cutter) almond butter, cocoa nibs, cinnamon and hemp seeds!
