Coconut Cinnamon Ghee Granola
Serves: About 4 cups of granola
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • ½ cup macadamia nuts
  • ½ cup pepitas
  • ½ cup pecans
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • ½ cup melted ghee
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Combine oats, coconut, macadamia nuts, pepitas, pecans and sesame seeds.
  2. In a separate bowl combine ghee, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt.
  3. Mix together the wet mixture and dry mixture, then lay out on a baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees.
