What’s better than juicy figs and strawberries? Figs and strawbs dipped in dark chocolate with coconut and chia seeds! I had bit of leftover chocolate, so I dipped some nuts in there too. These are the ultimate snack or dessert. Make them for you friends, family or eat em all yourself.
- 5 Strawberries
- 5 Figs
- a bar of dark chocolate
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- Slice the fruit in halves or quarters if desired.
- Melt the chocolate bar in a double boiler, stir constantly. Or melt in the microwave my heating it in a bowl for 2 minutes at 20 second intervals-mixing it each time.
- Dip the fruit in halfway & place on parchment paper. Sprinkle with chia seeds and coconut flakes. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
