Breakfast is definitely my favorite meal of the day. After I eat dinner, I’m usually already thinking about what to eat for breakfast the next morning, and that is why I am a big fan of overnight oats!
In a mason jar the night before I threw together some ingredients, gave the jar a good shake, and breakfast was waiting for me the second I woke up.
This time I made a creamy + berry variation using greek yogurt, almond milk & frozen berries, but you can eliminate the yogurt or take any flavor route like peanut butter, cocoa nibs, or tropical fruit.
- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup frozen berries
- Toppings (I used fresh raspberries, chopped pistachios, coconut flakes)
- In a mason jar, combine all of the ingredients, give it a good shake and let it sit overnight.
- In the morning, top with fresh berries & nuts or anything you fancy 🙂
