This granola is beyond delicious
I could snack on the clusters of this coconut cinnamon ghee granola all day long, or eat with homemade oat milk! It’s light, crispy and melts in your mouth- by far my favorite granola recipe.
You can always sub one type of nut for another, depending on your preference or use butter or coconut oil instead of ghee.
Serves: About 4 cups of granola
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- ½ cup macadamia nuts
- ½ cup pepitas
- ½ cup pecans
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
- ½ cup melted ghee
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- Combine oats, coconut, macadamia nuts, pepitas, pecans and sesame seeds.
- In a separate bowl combine ghee, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt.
- Mix together the wet mixture and dry mixture, then lay out on a baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees.
