These bowls are perfect for a slow morning (especially when the temperatures are high). This is one of my favorite acai bowls because the coconut meat adds such a nice body to the smoothie… plus all the toppings just make it a ton of fun!
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 2 frozen bananas
- ½ cup frozen coconut meat
- 2 tablespoons acai powder
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I used Olly)
- pear slices
- peanut butter
- probiotic yogurt (I used the Coconut Cult)
- coconut flakes
- Blend all of the ingredients until smooth & divide between 2 bowls.
- Top with fruit, nuts, etc !
