Coconut Acai Bowls

These bowls are perfect for a slow morning (especially when the temperatures are high). This is one of my favorite acai bowls because the coconut meat adds such a nice body to the smoothie… plus all the toppings just make it a ton of fun!

Coconut Acai Bowls

Serves: 2

Ingredients
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ½ cup frozen coconut meat
  • 2 tablespoons acai powder
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I used Olly)

  • Toppings
  • pear slices
  • peanut butter
  • probiotic yogurt (I used the Coconut Cult)
  • coconut flakes
  • pepitas
  • muesli
Instructions
  1. Blend all of the ingredients until smooth & divide between 2 bowls.
  2. Top with fruit, nuts, etc !
