Classic Hummus

The ultimate snack ! Homemade hummus is oh so much tastier and creamier than what you can buy in a store. I ate them with some blue potato fries, but you can use this hummus is countless ways!

Classic Hummus

Serves: 1.5 cups

Ingredients
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoons cumin
  • 2 Tablespoons water

  • Toppings
  • drizzle of olive oil
  • sprinkle of: salt, pepper, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, paprika.
Instructions
  1. Blend everything together until smooth (about 1 minute).
  2. Top with some olive oil, salt, pepper, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, paprika.
