The ultimate snack ! Homemade hummus is oh so much tastier and creamier than what you can buy in a store. I ate them with some blue potato fries, but you can use this hummus is countless ways!
Serves: 1.5 cups
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 10 tbsp aquafaba (liquid from the can of chickpeas)
- 8 tbsp tahini
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoons cumin
- 2 Tablespoons water
- drizzle of olive oil
- sprinkle of: salt, pepper, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, paprika.
- Blend everything together until smooth (about 1 minute).
- Top with some olive oil, salt, pepper, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, paprika.
