Cinnamon cold brew overnight oats! This creamy, satisfying and caffeinated bowl took 2 minutes to throw together this morning.

Cinnamon Cold Brew Overnight Oats

Serves: 1

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cocoa nibs
  • ¾ cup cold brew
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ cup almond milk yogurt (coconut or Greek yogurt works too)
  • ½ banana - sliced
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  1. Combine everything well in a sealed jar & refrigerate overnight
  2. In the morning, transfer to a bow (or just eat it from the jar) and add banana, sliced almonds, nut butter, dark chocolate chips & hemp seeds.
