Nut butter seem to always steal the show, but I think tahini is the REAL star!
This chocolate tahini smoothie bowl is thicks, creamy and full of rich flavor! The tahini give this bowl a special umph and pairs beautifully with a little cocoa.
You might read the ingredients and think… frozen cauliflower? what?? You’ve gotta try it! It adds thickness to a smoothie without changing to the flavor. And don’t worry, it wont taste like a vegetable since theres plenty of sweet elements to balance it out like the banana, cocoa and maple syrup.
- ¾ cup nut milk
- A frozen banana
- 1 heaping cup of frozen cauliflower
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 2 scoops collagen powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- ½ tsp tahini
- ½ banana
- cocoa nibs
- bee pollen
- Blend it all for about 1 minute, then top with tahini drizzle, half a banana, cocoa nibs, bee pollen & some oats !
