Chocolate Chia Overnight Oats

Chocolate for breakfast? Duh.

No better way to start off a day than with a bowl of chocolate chia overnight oats.
I’m pretty much always in the mood for oatmeal, but I especially crave it after a sweaty workout, so this reeeeeally hits the spot after a run or a spin class.

Chocolate Chia Overnight Oats

Serves: 1

  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1¼ cup of nut milk
  • ½ cup greek yogurt (sub coconut or almond yogurt, if vegan)
  • raspberries
  • sliced almonds
  • hazelnutes
  • cocoa nibs
  • nut butter
  • bee pollen
  1. add the oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, vanilla bean paste, flax seeds and 1 cup of the nut milk to a mason jar, shake it up really well & refrigerate.
  2. In the morning stir in the yogurtΒ & about another ¼ cup of nut milk, then transfer to a bowl & top with raspberries, sliced almonds, hazelnuts, cocoa nibs, nut butter & bee pollen
