Sip on this chai smoothie for a perfect start to your day! This creamy smoothie is perfect for fall–it has notes of cardamon & natural sweetness from dates and bananas. It also has healthy fats & protein, talk about a well rounded breakfast!

Chai Smoothie

Serves: Makes 1

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 2 Tablespoons raw oats
  • 1 Tablespoon cashew bits
  • 2 dates
  • a pinch of cardamom
  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1 serving of collagen
  • ½ cup strongly brewed chai tea (I used 2 tea bags & let it sit for 5+ minutes)

  • Toppings
  • hemp seeds
  • granola chunks
  1. Blend everything until smooth & top with granola and hemp seeds!!
