Carrot Cake Oats

Getting excited for fall with some carrot cake porridge! A bowl of warm comforting goodness topped with crunchy nuts and gooey figs. A breakfast that tastes like dessert … yes plz.

Carrot Cake Oats

Serves: 1

Ingredients
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 carrot - grated
  • ½ cup nut milk
  • ½ extra ripe banana (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon coconut butter

  • Toppings
  • fresh figs
  • nuts
  • chia seeds
  • dried cranberries
Instructions
  1. In a small pot over medium heat, mix all of the oat ingredients together. Cook for 5-10 minutes while stirring occasionally. Transfer to a bowl.
  2. Add toppings and enjoy!
