Berry Mint Smoothie

Serves: 1

Ingredients
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 7-10 mint leafs
  • 1 tsp almond milk
  • 1 cup water
    Optional Toppings
  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • More berries
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • A couple mint leafs
Instructions
  1. Blend everything and add toppings if you wish!
