3 Ingredient Pancakes

Pancakes are a fan favorite, but have you ever tried making them with only 3 ingredients? Here’s a super clean version of your classic pancakes.

I love getting creative with the toppings, ditch the syrup and try some yogurt, fruit, nuts and seeds!

3 Ingredient Pancakes

Serves: 4 mini pancakes

  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • ⅓ cup whole wheat flour

  • Toppings
  • strawberry ruhbarb yogurt (from Siggis)
  • local peach slices
  • raspberry compote
  • coconut flakes
  • goji berries
  1. Smash the banana with a fork, then mix in the egg and flour until smooth. Cook like an ordinary american pancake (until golden brown on each side).
  2. Stack them up and top with yogurt and fruits!
