What’s better than macadamia nuts and white chocolate?
I am actually not personally a white chocolate fan, but I don’t know what it is about white chocolate and macadamia nuts together… they just compliment each other perfectly. These vegan chewy white chocolate macadamia nut cookies are just heavenly, the cookie jar is already half empty.
Vegan Chewy White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies
- ½ cup cane sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1½ cup all purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ cup vegan white chocolate chunks – I chopped up a bar
- ½ cup macadamia nuts
- Combine the sugars, salt, coconut oil and milk. Then add in the flour, and baking soda. Combine until smooth. Fold in the white chocolate and macadamia nuts. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
- Set oven to 350 degrees. Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet with at least 3 inches between each. Bake for 12 minutes and let cool for at least 15 minutes.
