Now that it’s September, is it acceptable to start incorporating all of my favorite fall flavors? These 6 ingredient cinnamon roll granola bars are a super easy way to bring in those cozy flavors all packed into a nutritious snack.
6 Ingredient Cinnamon Roll Granola Bars
Servings: 8 bars
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¾ cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 cups rolled oats
- Whisk together the maple syrup, cinnamon & peanut butter until really smooth. Add in the chia seeds and hemp seeds, whisk again. Fold in the oats. Press into a lined baking dish so that it's firmly packed. Bake at 350 for about 20 min. Let cool and slice!
