Your favorite breakfast cereal could be ready soon!

Hello quick stove top granola with mulberries and cashews! I’ve been making this recipe every week with whatever fruit and nuts I have on hand, but i have to say .. this combination has been my favorite. It turns out just as good as if I were to bake it, but takes a fraction of the time, only dirties a pan, and save the energy of having to heat an entire oven! I also have loved to make a single portion of granola in the morning and then eat it warm with some oat mylk — try it out!

Quick Stove Top Granola with Mulberries and Cashews
Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup cashews
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup dried mulberries
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vanilla paste – or extract
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp plant based butter – or coconut oil
Instructions
- Add everything to a pan over medium heat and mix. Move the granola every 30 seconds or so it doesn't burn. After about 10 minutes the oats will have absorbed the liquids & have started to create clumps. Remove from heat and get cool completely before storing in a container.
