The holidays aren’t over in my kitchen
Still savoring all of the best spices in these gingerbread protein balls! These soft tasty gingerbread spiced bites are powered with planted based vanilla protein! I’ll be packing these for my ski trip this weekend !
Gingerbread Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup medjool dates - pitted
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup vanilla vegan protein
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground cloves
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp cardamon
Instructions
- Add the dates, coconut oil & maple syrup to a food processor. Blend until paste like.
- Add in the almonds and pulse. Add in remaining ingredients and process until completely combined. Roll into balls and enjoy. Store in the fridge.
