Bringing the holidays into my oats
I love gingerbread so much that I’m integrating it into my breakfast with Gingerbread oats. This bowl tastes like a treat while being a healthy and nourishing breakfast.
Servings: 1 serving
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup water
- ¾ cup cashew milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- almond butter
- cocoa nibs
- hemp seeds
- Let the oats soak in water for at least 15 minutes.
- Transfer everything to a pot and add the remaining ingredients. Cook over medium low heat until super thick!
- Top with banana lives cut into stars (with a mini cookie cutter) almond butter, cocoa nibs, cinnamon and hemp seeds!
