Gingerbread Oatmeal

Bringing the holidays into my oats

I love gingerbread so much that I’m integrating it into my breakfast with Gingerbread oats. This bowl tastes like a treat while being a healthy and nourishing breakfast.

Gingerbread Oatmeal

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup water
  • ¾ cup cashew milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder


  • banana
  • almond butter
  • cocoa nibs
  • cinnamon
  • hemp seeds


  • Let the oats soak in water for at least 15 minutes.
  • Transfer everything to a pot and add the remaining ingredients. Cook over medium low heat until super thick!
  • Top with banana lives cut into stars (with a mini cookie cutter) almond butter, cocoa nibs, cinnamon and hemp seeds!
