Pumpkin Spice Granola

I LOVE fall.

Nothing says fall more than pumpkin spice granola. Sprinkling this on my yogurt every morning and soaking up these fall spices! I also love this granola as a snack, it’s so good on its own.

Pumpkin Spice Granola

Servings: 4 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • tbsp ground cinnamon
  • tsp ground gigner
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • ¾ tsp allspice
  • ¾ tsp ground cloves
  • ½ cup vegan butter - melted
  • ½ cup maple syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat the over to 300 degrees.
  • Mix all of the dry ingredients and spiced in a large bowl.
  • Mix the vegan butter and syrup in a smaller bowl, then pour it over the dry ingredients & mix until combined.
  • On a lined baking sheet press down the mixtures, then bake for 1 hour.
  • Let cool completely before breaking up the granola.
