Roasted Sweet Potato Dip

I want to dive into this dip.

This roasted sweet potato dip is incrediiiible, it’s kind of like hummus, but with no beans. It’s the perfect dip for sweet potato addicts like me. Thick, smooth, creamy and ever so slightly sweet!

Roasted Sweet Potato Dip

Servings: 2 cups


  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¾ tsp cumin
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 6 tbsp aquafaba


  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp green onion - chopped


  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Wash the sweet potatoes and poke a few times with a fork. Place them on a baking tray and bake for 1 hour. Once they're cooked through, place them in the refrigerator until cool.
  • Remove the skin from the roasted sweet potato and blend it in a food processor with the remaining ingredients until smooth! Transfer to a bowl and add toppings.
