Peanut Butter Porridge

Peanut butter porridge – creamy, warm, and cozy. If this isn’t the perfect start to a day, then I don’t know what is. I love topping my oats with granola, it adds such a nice crunch once mixed in & also a bit of sweetness!

Peanut Butter Porridge

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup water
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Toppings

  • ¼ cup granola
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ banana -sliced
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Soak rolled oats in water for 15 minutes.
  • Transfer to a pot, add almond milk and cook over low heat.
  • Add peanut butter, maple syrup and cinnamon. Stir everything together and cook until thick.
  • Transfer to a bowl and top with granola, peanut butter, banana and cinnamon
