Nutty Vegan Freezer Fudge

Nutty vegan freezer fudge, yes PLZ! Chewy and crunchy and gooey and nutritious all in one bite.
If you don’t have a batch of these in your freezer at all times, you’re missing out.

Nutty Vegan Freezer Fudge

Ingredients

  • ½ cup date nectar (or maple syrup)
  • cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla bean paste (can sub vanilla bean extract)
  • ½ cup trail mix

Instructions

  • Combine the date nectar, almond butter, coconut oil and vanilla bean paste in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Mix until the coconut oil has melted & everything is combined. Pour the mixture into a lined baking sheet & sprinkle trail mix on top. Stick the whole thing in the freezer for 30 minutes. Cut it into desired size & freeze for another hour.
  • Let thaw for 5 minutes before enjoying!
