Berry Mint Smoothie

  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower (optional)
  • ¼ cup fresh mint
  • 1 cup almond milk


  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh berries
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves


  • Blend everything, pour into a tall cup and add toppings!
