Berry Mint Smoothie
Servings: 1 serving
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower (optional)
- ¼ cup fresh mint
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 2 tbsp fresh berries
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp mint leaves
- Blend everything, pour into a tall cup and add toppings!
