Cinnamon cold brew overnight oats! This creamy, satisfying and caffeinated bowl took 2 minutes to throw together this morning.  Something any coffee lover would jump out of bed for. 

Cinnamon Cold Brew Overnight Oats

Servings: 1 bowl


  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tso ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ cup almond yogurt


  • ½ banana -sliced
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tbsp vegan dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds


  • Combine everything well in a sealed jar & refrigerate overnight
  • In the morning, transfer to a bowl (or just eat it from the jar) and add banana, sliced almonds, nut butter, dark chocolate chips & hemp seeds.
