This thick pink bowl hits the spot on a hot summer morning. Plus it feels like I’m eating ice cream for breakfast! I love a thick, thick smoothies bowl.
Thick Pink Smoothie Bowl
Servings: 2 servings
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen cauliflowers
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup plain soy yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Toppings
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
Instructions
- Blend everything together until smooth (you may need to stop a few times and wipe down the sides of the blender).
- Split between 2 bowls & top with hemp seeds + raspberries.
