Oats topped with practically everything in the fridge is how I like to start my day!
Threw this together the second I finished my morning run & devoured it in minutes. Girl was huuungry! These vanilla overnight oats with strawberries sound fancy, taste fancy, but take MINUTES to make.
Vanilla Overnight Oats with Strawberries
Servings: 1 serving
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp pure vanilla bean paste (can sub extract)
- coconut yogurt
- nut butter
- coconut flakes
- sliced almonds
- bee pollen
- In a jar, shakes up the rolled oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, cinnamon, pure vanilla bean paste & almond milk. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, fluff it up with a spoon & stir in a few more splashes of almond milk, then transfer to a bowl.
- Top with homemade coconut yogurt, nut butter, strawberries, coconut flakes, sliced almonds, pistachios and bee pollen
