Raspberry Beet Smoothie

A bright smoothie for a bright day!

This is a typical morning scene for me, waking up early to stretch + whip up breakfast, like this raspberry beet smoothie,  then trying to slow down for 5 minutes to enjoy it before running out the door for work! I really value my time in the morning, it sets the tone for the rest of the day.

Raspberry Beet Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 beet peeled, steamed then frozen
  • 1 cup almond milk

Toppings/mix-ins

  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 1 tsp dried goji berries
  • 1 tsp bee pollen

Instructions

  • Wizz everything together in a high speed blender & transfer to cup.
  • Swirl in coconut yogurt & top with dried goji berries & bee pollen if you’d like!
