A bright smoothie for a bright day!
This is a typical morning scene for me, waking up early to stretch + whip up breakfast, like this raspberry beet smoothie, then trying to slow down for 5 minutes to enjoy it before running out the door for work! I really value my time in the morning, it sets the tone for the rest of the day.
Raspberry Beet Smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 beet peeled, steamed then frozen
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 1 tsp dried goji berries
- 1 tsp bee pollen
- Wizz everything together in a high speed blender & transfer to cup.
- Swirl in coconut yogurt & top with dried goji berries & bee pollen if you’d like!
