This summer I’ll be trading in my hot golden latte for this frozen thick version

Kicking off this short week with a golden thick shake. Can’t think of a better way to beat the heat!

Thick Golden Shake

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • ¾ cup soy milk
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • pinch black pepper
  • pinch sea salt


  • almonds
  • cashews
  • nut butter
  • bee pollen


  • Blend everything together, transfer to a cup and add toppings!
