This Raspberry Chia Jam is my ultimate favorite jam. It’s sweet from the berries & that’s all you need! The texture is incredible & it goes fantastically on just about everything.

Raspberry Chia Jam

Prep Time10 mins
Servings: 1 jar


  • 4 cups raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 6 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 5 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup


  • In a pot, bring everything to a boil & stir until the berries have broken down & the mixture starts to thicken. Transfer to a sterilized jar & refrigerate for a few hours to thicken.
