Thick Coffee Shake

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 cup chilled coffee
  • ½ cup nut milk
  • 4 medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp cocoa nibs , plus more for topping


  • Blend everything until smooth (use more or less liquid depending on how thick you want it), then transfer to glass and top with cocoa nibs.
