Thick Coffee Shake
Servings: 2 servings
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1½ cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 cup chilled coffee
- ½ cup nut milk
- 4 medjool dates
- 2 tbsp cocoa nibs , plus more for topping
Instructions
- Blend everything until smooth (use more or less liquid depending on how thick you want it), then transfer to glass and top with cocoa nibs.
