Creamy Mushroom Oats

Creamy, savory and deeeelish!

A big ole bowl of creamy mushroom oats is juuuust what I need after being sick all week.

Creamy Mushroom Oats

  • ½ up mushrooms
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch salt
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup veggie broth
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • daikon radish sliced
  • spicy micro greens
  • everything bagel seasoning


  • Sauté the mushrooms, onion in the olive oil and salt over medium heat until the mushrooms are soft, then set aside.
  • Cook the oats with the veggie broth in a small pot over medium heat until the liquid is absorbed, then fold the sautéd mushrooms in. Transfer to a bowl.
  • Top with nutritional yeast, salt, radishes, micro greens and everything bagel seasoning
