Creamy, savory and deeeelish!
A big ole bowl of creamy mushroom oats is juuuust what I need after being sick all week.
Creamy Mushroom Oats
Servings: 1 serving
Ingredients
- ½ up mushrooms
- ¼ cup diced onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- pinch salt
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup veggie broth
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- daikon radish sliced
- spicy micro greens
- everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Sauté the mushrooms, onion in the olive oil and salt over medium heat until the mushrooms are soft, then set aside.
- Cook the oats with the veggie broth in a small pot over medium heat until the liquid is absorbed, then fold the sautéd mushrooms in. Transfer to a bowl.
- Top with nutritional yeast, salt, radishes, micro greens and everything bagel seasoning
