Making hummus at home is so easy & makes for creamy, beautiful hummus. Making CURRY HUMMUS at home is next level. The addition of curry powder and fresh turmeric bring a vibrant flavor that really elevates this spread.

Add this hummus in any meal to step it up. Try a veggie sandwich with curry hummus, or just dip some veggies in here for an beautiful snack.

Tip: When making hummus at home, I always rinse my chickpeas then I remove the outer layer before blending them. I simply pinch each chickpea to remove it. This makes the hummus much creamier!

Curry Hummus

  • 1 can chickpeas - rinsed & outer layer removed.
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp water (more if needed)
  • ½ tsp turmeric - fresh


  • Blend all of the ingredients for 2-3 minutes. Top with sesame and poppy seeds.
