Tip: When making hummus at home, I always rinse my chickpeas then I remove the outer layer before blending them. I simply pinch each chickpea to remove it. This makes the hummus much creamier!
Curry Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas - rinsed & outer layer removed.
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup tahini
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp water (more if needed)
- ½ tsp turmeric - fresh
Instructions
- Blend all of the ingredients for 2-3 minutes. Top with sesame and poppy seeds.
