Chai Smoothie
Servings: 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp cashews
- 2 medjool dates - pitted
- pinch cardamon
- 1 cup nut mylk
- 1 serving plant protein powder - unflavored or vanilla
- 1/2 cup strongly brewed chai tea - i used 2 tea bags & let it sit for 5+ min
Toppings
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp granola chunks
Instructions
- Blend everything until smooth & top with granola dnd hemp seeds.
