Chai Smoothie

This creamy smoothie is perfect for fall. It has notes of cardamon & natural sweetness from dates and bananas. Sip on this for a perfect start to your day!

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp cashews
  • 2 medjool dates - pitted
  • pinch cardamon
  • 1 cup nut mylk
  • 1 serving plant protein powder - unflavored or vanilla
  • 1/2 cup strongly brewed chai tea - i used 2 tea bags & let it sit for 5+ min

Toppings

  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp granola chunks

Instructions

  • Blend everything until smooth & top with granola dnd hemp seeds.
