The ultimate snack ! Homemade hummus is oh so much tastier and creamier than what you can buy in a store. I ate them with some blue potato fries, but you can use this hummus is countless ways!
Classic Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas - drained & rinsed
- ¼ cup tahini
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
Toppings
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- pinch paprika
Instructions
- Blend everything together until smooth (about 1 minute). Top with some olive oil, paprika and sesame seeds.
