Classic Hummus

The ultimate snack ! Homemade hummus is oh so much tastier and creamier than what you can buy in a store. I ate them with some blue potato fries, but you can use this hummus is countless ways!

Classic Hummus

Course: Side Dish, Snack

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas - drained & rinsed
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika

Toppings

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • pinch paprika

Instructions

  • Blend everything together until smooth (about 1 minute). Top with some olive oil, paprika and sesame seeds.
